Where do we come from?

Two Countries One World began in 2004, when a group of United Church high school students from Waterloo region went to Nicaragua over March Break.  There was such enthusiasm for the trip that the next year the program expanded to include students from across Waterloo Presbytery.  In 2005, students from Cambridge, Fergus, Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo traveled to Mexico; in 2006 they traveled to El Salvador; and in 2008 to Guatemala. Most recently a TCOW group traveled again to Nicaragua in 2011.
